హీరోయిన్ అమలా పాల్ పోలీసులు లొంగిపోయారు. కొన్ని రోజులుగా పన్నుఎగవేత కేసు ఎదుర్కొంటున్న ఆమె ఎట్టకేలకు కోర్టు ఆదేశాల మేరకు సోమవారం తిరువనంతపురం క్రైమ్ బ్రాంచ్ పోలీసులకు లొంగిపోయారు. అనంతరం బెయిల్ తీసుకుని వెళ్లి పోయారు.
2017లో నటి అమలా పాల్ రూ. 1 కోటి విలువ చేసే ఖరీదైన మెర్సిడెస్ బెంజ్ కార్ కొన్నారు. అయితే కేరళలో రిజిస్ట్రేషన్ చేయిస్తే పన్ను ఎక్కువ కట్టాల్సి వస్తుందని కక్కుర్తి పడిన ఆమె తాను పుదుచ్చేరి వాసిగా దొంగపత్రాలు క్రియేట్ చేసి రిజిస్ట్రేషన్ చేయించుకుంది.ఇందులో షోరూం నిర్వాహకుల ప్రమేయం వున్నట్టు గుర్తించారు. వెంటనే షోరూం లైసెన్స్ రద్దు చేసారు.
తప్పుడు చిరునామా పత్రాలు సృష్టించి రూ.20 లక్షల పన్ను ఎగ్గొట్టినట్లు గుర్తించిన పోలీసులు ఆమెపై 430, 468, 471 సెక్షన్ల కింద కేరళలో కేసు నమోదు చేశారు. ఈ కేసు విషయంలో ఇటీవల ఆమె కేరళ హైకోర్టును సంప్రదించి, ముందస్తు బెయిల్ కోసం దరఖాస్తు చేసుకున్నారు. దీంతో న్యాయస్థానం క్రైమ్ బ్రాంచ్ ఎదుట హాజరుకావాలని ఆదేశించింది.దీనిపై పుదుచ్చేరి ప్రభుత్వం కూడా విచారణ ప్రారంభించింది.
అమలాపాల్‌ సోమవారం తిరువనంతపురంలోని క్రైమ్ బ్రాంచ్ పోలీసుల వద్ద లొంగిపోయారు. తెల్ల షర్టు, డార్క్ జీన్స్ ధరించి ఒక కాబ్ లో వచ్చారు. ఈ సందర్భంగా ఆమె తప్పుడు పత్రాలు చూపినట్లు ఒప్పుకున్నట్లు సమాచారం.
పోలీసులకు లొంగిపోయిన సందర్భంగా ఆమె మీడియాతో మాట్లాడటానికి నిరాకరించారు. గతంలో అమలా పాల్ తాను ఏ తప్పూ చేయలేదు, మీడియా నన్ను అనవసరంగా ఆడిపోసుకుంటోందంటూ ఓ ప్రకటన విడుదల చేసిన సంగతి తెలిసిందే.
గతంలో మలయాళ నటులు సురేష్ గోపి, ఫాజిల్ తదితరులు కూడా ఇలాంటి కేసు ఎదుర్కొన్నారు. ప్రభుత్వానికి పన్ను ఎగ్గొట్టాడినికి అడ్డదారులు తొక్కి అడ్డంగా బుక్ అయిపోయారు.

However, in Kerala, registration of the tax is going to be higher, she registered the vehice as the owner of the puducherry who has created papers and registered them in the showroom. Immediately the showroom license was canceled.
Police registered a case in Kerala under Section 430, 468 and 471 against Amala Paul for which she has been found to have errant of Rs 20 lakh from false documents. Recently, she contacted Kerala High Court and applied for anticipatory bail. The court ordered to appear before the Crime Branch. The Puducherry government also initiated the inquiry.
Amalapal surrendered at the Crime Branch police in Thiruvananthapuram on Monday in white shirt, wearing dark jeans, came in a cab. On the occasion, she repetedly confessed that she had shown false documents.When she was surrendered to the police, she refused to talk to the media. Amala Paul has made a statement that the media has been unnecessarily making me responsible for no mistake of mine.
Earlier, Malayalam actors Suresh Gopi and Fazil also faced such a same case for the barriers booked against the government tax avoiding.
